Established in 1984, STI Manufacturing, Inc. is committed to continued quality improvement. STI adheres to the quality management systems and procedures that we took such pride in constructing as part of our quality control.

STI Manufacturing, Inc. is located east of Willis, Texas on Hwy. 1097. Our facility includes approximately 10,000 square feet of indoor manufacturing and office space. STI has been successfully serving customers since 1984. STI manufactures Thermocouples, RTDs, Multipoint Thermocouples and offers associated items such as Thermowells, Instrumentation, and flow products. Our products are sold to petro-chemical plants, the plastics Industry, large engine manufacturers, engineering contractors, and small companies in need of custom temperature sensors. STI’s objective is to supply our customers with Quality products, on time deliveries, and excellent customer service.

STI was established in 1984 and we feel that our success is attributed to our philosophy of complete customer satisfaction. We feel that our service to the customer is the best! Our staff is committed to on-time deliveries and ‘right the first time methods’, all without compromise to high-quality products, is directly related to STI’s continued growth and outstanding reputation with our clients.

STI is also committed to improvements throughout our company. We are ISO 9002 compliant and we continually follow the procedures we have taken such pride in constructing.

STI is a family-owned business and we pride ourselves in treating our customers just as we would want to be treated with prompt service, a quality product, and friendly staff to assist with all your temperature needs.

We are prepared at all times to investigate “hands-on” temperature element installations and make the best possible recommendations to the client for design improvements.

Our facility consists of a manufacturing space for our thermocouples, a multipoint shop, an inventory room, and shipping and receiving areas. We are equipped to handle small jobs, as well as larger jobs with shipments all over the United States as well as out of the country. STI is known for our knowledge and expertise with custom specialty items. We can manufacture products to fit custom projects. We have handled jobs that run in lengths in excess of 72 feet, all in a controlled environment. Our multipoint shop was built specifically for this purpose.
