Supplied with a long transition piece, Style 5A can be cut to the
desired length by field personnel. These sensors are widely used in processes where
exact insertion lengths are unknown. Applications also include temporary use
while waiting for replacement sensors after the original sensors have expired.

Style 1BA is supplied with a spring-loaded Bayonet Cap for quick hook-up
to a mating adapter. This style is supplied with a 0.188" stem O.D. Please
consult the factory if another O.D. is desired. The stem of this thermocouple is
supplied straight, or with either a 90 Deg. or 45 Deg. bend.
